I believe that is incorrect.

Anyone that meets any of the 3 EE program requirements and has their IELTS (or equivalent) results and an ECA (if needed) can complete an EE profile and enter the pool.

Once you have entered the pool and receive your confirmation letter from CIC (system generated and appears within a few minutes) you can apply to the BC PNP with the Express Entry Addendum to have your application fast tracked.
Hi Kiwi84
Congrats on your application !
Can I ask you if you had a valid work permit during all this?
Thanks!

If i have IELTS and ECA i can create my profile but without these two i cant? once we will make EE profile we can send BC PNP application with addendum?

Jaiveer Signh,

ECA is must if you are not currently working here in Canada and if you are in a professional degree holder.. But if you are currently working here in Canada, EILTS or CELPIP is only required....

Hi Kiwi84
does that mean that you got your nomination within 36 hours from sending your addendum?

Hi, if you read above you can see it took them 6 days to acknowledge receipt of my EE addendum, from then it took less than 2 days to process.

Nope, my WP and implied status had expired (havent been working for several months). PNP phoned me and wanted proof that I had applied for a visitor visa. They then went on to process.
This means that you can absolutely apply for EE PNP if your WP is no longer valid.

To clarify this further.
If you meet the conditions of CEC and apply for EE under CEC and then upgrade your PNP application to EE PNP.
If you are a FSW and going to apply for EE under that stream you must have ECA.

I emailed PNP to ask them if they would process my EE PNP while I was still waiting for ECA. Their response was "the BC PNP will only process complete applications". So spend the time, get all your paperwork in order then processing should be swift and painless.

Hi sunny, im not eligible for ee becoz i have a skill level c job

I have a question. If I applied pnp through normal procrss( not EE ). Can I still apply to Federal through EE ?? Or do i have to use the regular processing ???

Fast Update!!
It seems that they already started on July files.

"Hi,

Your application has not yet been reviewed. It is still in the queue for processing. Currently, we are working on July files. Please note the processing times for July applications are 8-10 months from the date the application was received at our office.

Regards,"

Cheers,
Daniel

Have you already received your nomination?
If not then upgrade your application to a BC PNP EE application.
If you have received your nomination then according to the EE page on the BC PNP website you must apply to CIC through the regular paper stream.
