I wonder is it possible to apply for BC PNP without valid job offer, is vadid job offer is a must?
also i never been in Canada, neither studied nor worked there,
my NOC is 2172 DBA

how can apply for that , if not possible what other alternative province may i meet them requirements !!?

A job offer is a requirement for the BC PNP unless you graduated from a BC university. Since you don't have either you cannot apply. For other provinces please search the forum as there is a lot of information available on every possible option. It's just a matter of reading and figuring out what does or does not apply to you.

FEB 10, 2016 -- PNP Registration Date

FEB 17, 2016 -- Invitation to Apply for PNP (ITA) Date

MAR 1ST, 2017 -- submitted my application and waiting for nomination.

How long would it take to get confirmation email from BC PNP
Got call to my employer regarding company inquiry. I didn't get any calls/queries.
Status changed from In process to decision finalized after the call.

Is this positive sign?

hello guys, i received my BC PNP-ITA under skilled worker category last Feb. 17 2017. My application(which i paid 700CAD) was confirmed last March 04, 2017. its been 10months since they confirmed my application and I havnt received any nomination certificate. Can anyome here can help me what to do? how to follow up my application?
