Medical Examination Requirements
Age Required Examinations
0-4 years old Physical Examination
5-10 years old Physical Examination, urinalysis
11-14 years old Physical Examination, urinalysis, chest x-ray (CXR)
15 y/o and above Physical Examination, urinalysis, CXR, HIV, Syphilis

Did you get the RPRF and MR from CEM or from CIO? Did you get the request via email or post mail? Have you gotten AOR from CEM? Thanks for the inputs.

Hi all,
I'm new comer in your subject. I nominated on 26 Oct 2012 and my NOC is 2132.
I sent my application by TNT express to CIO and TNT notified me CIO received on 30 Jan 2013 by Macneil.
I paid my fee by paying in Ankara embassy(I sent my receipt from embassy to CIO), because I'm Iranian and because of sanction I couldn't use bank draft or credit cards.
unfortunately until now I don't receive my AOR and I applied for OWP and I rejected because of 1- Purpose of visit and 2- Personal assets and financial status.
the rejection from Ankara embassy for OWP make me worry that CIO reject me the same reason. I attached a bank letter that I have near 20K$ and a title deed of my apartment.
Please send me your suggestion and guidance to get good result.
