i saw your message, but something wrong with my account as i cant send any outgoing message.
Anyway, i'm from egypt, and i applied for my kid study permit at the same time i applied for my work permit. that's was three weeks ago.

I have sent a mail on Friday 8th FEB and got the reply 14 FEB .. there is the delay due to long weekend in canada.

I used the manual application, for the school name , just leave it blank, and the same apply for any similar field.
