hi everyone! im just new here readign all of your post, I dont know where to start or what to do. If I want to migrate in canada. Is it possible to apply as a PNP even if i dont have any job offer? or do i need to go to canada as a visitor visa then apply pnp. or fsw ? very confused. or ill wait for the express entry in 2015.
