Good evening everyone,

I was preparing materials for BC PNP. My laywer told me that I need to ask my employer to provide all employees' info including name, occupation, and salary, etc. Since the salary rate is confidential, I don't think my employer would like to provide it. My employer is happy to provide T4 summery btw. In addition, based on BC-PNP-Skills-Immigration-and-Express-Entry-BC-Technical-Guide, my employer doesn't need to provide employees' salary. I get confused.

My question is: does the officer usually ask people to provide the additional information like all employees' salary?

Thank you all for your patience. Any reply helps a lot.

This is not a requirement. I did not provide any information about the other employees, not even T4 summary and I was approved in a few weeks. I think the lawyer wants to submit as strong a case as possible by providing excessive documentation. I don't believe employers would be willing to provide all of those information that your lawyer requested as you mentioned that salary information is confidential.

Hi, I applied through BC PNP. I dont think you need to ask all employers info. you just need the number of employers working at your work place/ same job title.

Can anybody please help me understand, what all documents do we need to ask from employer in order to apply for BC PNP Tech Pilot program?
I have been informed to ask my employer below documents:

1) Business Licence
2) Incorporation Certificate.
3) Recommendation letter along with job role and responsibilities.

Is that right? I had a word with my employer and they don't feel comfortable providing this information.

Kindly advice.

TIA.

Hi,

Were you able to submit these documents?

I have got couple of documents like recommendation letter.

1. Business License - My employeer provides this
2. Incorporation certification - my employer will provide
3. recommendation letter - my employer will provide
4. Municipal letter - My employer does not hayve.

However, I have been asked to submit an Municipal license document. My employer is federally operated and my job location is at Bell Canada. Bell is not not going to give local Municipal office for my BC application and secondly my office is located in Toronto and same is available in incorporation certificate.

Will this document be sufficient?
