Hi Guys,

Hope this helps someone. read on

1. Application sent June 21 2015 under express entry BCPNP
2. work permits expire on July 27th 2015
3. Approached local MLA and MP on June 22 2015 and they asked us to apply for extension to keep our status
4. application for work permit sent on july 9th 2015
5. Express entry (federal) ITA received on July 17 2015
6. call received from BCPNP on July 19 2015 informing that since they can't see our profile in the EE (federal) pool
our application will now be considered under regular BCPNP
(FYI : once you receive an ITA with federal EE your profile is not in the pool anymore)
7. nomination received on aug 8 2015 with the work permit extension support letter given only for myself but not the spouse.
8. found out that MLA's office helped push the application.
9. EE federal status : background check in progress, medical passed and no additional documents needed (aug 8 2015)

question : how do I get Vegreville to accept the PNP nomination for work permit extension?

I hv heard that it's very diffi ult process to bring skilled worker from overseas...like canadian employers don't like get involve in these things...so is it true??
I m under FST programme and it is mandaory to hv job offer...
So kindly suggest if anyone got joboffer how did it become happpend?

Has anyone seen any activity on your applications made after July 2015? Interestingly, http://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate/About-the-BC-PNP/About-the-BC-PNP/Processing-Times.aspx hasnt estimated any timelines for applications submitted after June 2015.

Nothing on my end. Looking at other forums, people who applied in May 2015 (EE BC PNP) are getting nominated now.
I hope the cap doesn't get filled by the time its August turn

You got the file number so capping is not gonna effect you in any way...

I also applied on aug 7th file #in 500's too. no update after that. waiting for replies from july 2015 applicants.

Applied on August 7th 2015. Received AOR in 5 minutes.No news after that. I will keep posted if any updates.

Guys please update if any news for July2nd or after Express PNP Applications.

My friend applied paper app. on June 28, got her nomination today, Oct 20. So hopefully that means they will start July apps now

I have applied on 30th. Got my file number on 15 July. its 27**.. can you ask your friend whats the file number. but i am still waiting. its under international graduate category.
