I am still confused about the AOR timeline....does it depend on the category or something else

Anybody from late aug got their AOR. ? Aor awaited

Any updates from august applicants. Any body received aor so far ??

Hi everyone,

I m currently under lots of stress because of the WAITING TIME, so I will share my experience, maybe someone could relate or perhaps, ....HELP!
I have temporary work permit valid from October 11, 2013-October 10, 2014. I came to work in BC, under IEC, Young Professionals. I read on CIC site that there is NO extension of my current program, however there is a waiting period of 3 months before submission of the second application. So, here is the situation: my company submitted the PNP application on July 22, 2014. I received the Letter from PNP saying that there is a waiting period of 5-6 months to get back from them. My work permit expires in less than a month, and I didnt hear anything back from the Provincial government. I do have full-time job offer in a high skill NOC CODE (4021) and I cannot continue working. The system is set up in the way that is not favorable and does not make sense: there is no extension of the current program and PNP doesnt respond (you cannot even make an query about the application status:(). I was suggested to change my status to a visitor and stop working...
Any help, suggestion, write it down please...

Hi R1982
I just saw your reply:)lol :D
BC PNP AOR: July 22, 2014, first two numbers are 43**.
Through this forum I realized that is actually THE NUMBER of my application?
and the processing time is 5-6 months....
I m not sure how to speed up that process or to check...
with so many applications my understanding is that they have full house guys...
Which part of BC are you from?
Cheers

Hi Gagan292

AOR received on July 22, 2014., File number: 43**
This Monday will be 2 months...still 5-6 months....
It was changed from 14 weeks to 5-6 months...
With over 4000 applications, I can kind of understand it....
Now it depends how many advisers are assigned to applications...
Time is what we cannot deal with...
How long have you been working for employer before applying for PNP?
