Thanks for sharing the news.

May I ask how do you get to know that BCPNP will process 4100 cases this year?... personally, i think it is very hard to achieve the goal... they haven't even reach 3000 yet... which means, they needs to finish 1000 cases in 40-45 days...

My no is 331*... and really worried about not being processed before the Christmas holidays... :'(

Please update your information regularly related to your BC PNP application. if anyone is not in the this chart who applied BC PNP from APRIL to OCT. 2014. Please let me know your timeline so i could add you in the list to figure out how they processing BC PNP application nows a days. hopefully they are reviewing at least 20-25 files everyday.

I do not think my case will be processed by the end of the month. I think they will assign persons to look into my cases. Maybe it takes them 1 -2 weeks to review the case and then mail out the results, which may need another 1-2 weeks.

Basically, I might get my result around Dec. 20th, based on what the gentlemen told me... Hopefully, my case won't be rejected.
My company is not in good financial outstanding. it has big losses every year, as it is still at the R&D stage.

I also asked the PNP office abt how many applications they will process. They answered 4150 for this year. However they are working on FN 30XX.How is that possilbe to reach 4150 in just a month and a half!! I seriously doubt it.

So 2 case officers came to my work place today(without phone calls)

They asked about my job duty, what does the company do, who's the supplier, who's the clients, etc

I showed them my desk and the processing area downstairs.

My employer was there too but they only talked to me.

They were very friendly and just asked about some general questions...it took no more than 10 mins

A decision will be made this week.

Sheri_liv, have you got your approval letter yet?

For those that apply under the skilled worker stream, generally when do the case officers do workplace inpsection and are there any successful applicants that have not had any such inspections? How much time does it usually take them to make the final decision after the inspection? What other questions have been asked besides those provided by Sheri_liv above?

Sent an email today to ask if anything else was needed. After the auto reply the emailed to say that "a decision had been made on this application, Please allow time for admin staff to prepare and mail out correspondence to the mailing address".


I am already working in Canada. Can anyone tell me if I can change employers after the nomination letter is received or do i have to wait until after PR has been approved???

Hey I am in the same boat as you decision has been made but waiting for correspondence. Apparently it takes 5 to 10 business days to mail out application. I went into the office today to ask and was told my application got mailed out last Friday. So should hopefully get something in the mail tomorrow.

They never called me or asked for any documents. No one from PNP visited my workplace either. I never even received any email until I asked them.

I guess they're in a hurry to process.
