They never called me or asked for any documents. No one from PNP visited my workplace either. I never even received any email until I asked them.

I guess they're in a hurry to process.

That's amazing! Hope that I could hear anything from them next week.

Finally got approval letter from BC PNP. It was dated November 4th arrived by mail 20th. File number 281*

I went to the boarder this evening to get new visa and was turned away as I need a immigration medical because my work is in health care NOC 3236. I did not know this was a requirement has any one else had this issue?

Quick info:
My WP expired on Aug 30, implied status expired Sep 30. I went back to my home country.
PNP called my employer on Nov 18 and asked about me (status, is he work right now etc.). My boss said that we are waiting for PNP nomination and job offer for me is still valid. I got phone call from PNP few minutes after that. They asked about my status in Canada (I don't need any status because I have left Canada), what I've been doing since implied status expired. I got support letter on same day.

After a lots of up and downs finally recieved my approval. File 278* approved on nov 14 mail i
Recieved on 21 nov .

Both me and my employer had almost 20-30 min telephone interviews. They ask for my last 2 months schedule and last three months paystubs. At the end were some issue with long weekend and overtime payment .

But finally i have recieved my mail

Update.

My application No. is so-25xx. I applied on May 9th.
Finally I received my decision. My application was approved on Oct. 20. However, I waited for four weeks and did not get anything. I doubt that USPS lost the mail( I am staying in the USA). I emailed them and requested them to send again to my employer in Surrey. My employer received it yesterday and immediately notified me. Now I have to apply for temporary work permit.

I have one question here. The support letter was written " to General Consular of Canada in US, NY". However, I cannot apply through New York as my legal status in US will expire soon. I will have to apply through Embassy in Shanghai. Do I need to obtain another letter with the correct Embassy name? Or this one will work just fine?

After a lots of up and downs finally recieved my approval. File 278* approved on nov 14 mail i
Recieved on 21 nov .

Both me and my employer had almost 20-30 min telephone interviews. They ask for my last 2 months schedule and last three months paystubs. At the end were some issue with long weekend and overtime payment .

But finally i have recieved my mail

So when did you have the interview? On Nov 14 or earlier? Did you send electronic version of your last 2-month schedule and 3-month paystubs to PNP? What are the specific questions about long weekend and overtime payment? Thanks.
