Lawyer is saying i m eligible right now without experience
But some friends told me i need experience in this NOC
Thats why i m asking me should i go with lawyer
But no one is helping me here

I am sad that people cant even provide info.. but what i can suggest is first thing you need to do is to look up the category of your job on NOC..then if it fall under O, A or B...you can apply for PNP under skilled migration employer stream. You need to have a high skilled job for you to be able to apply..but need to consider that you have experience as manager or supervisor on the job you want to claim for PNP...because experience is essential...if your job requiers a trade certificate, then you need you need to provide that too..I apply for BCPNP claiming my job as assistant store manager..but I have experience as General Manager in a spa and Team Leader or supervisor in a call center..what the provincial nonimee office will look into is your gain experience in years...minimum of at least 2 years as manager or supervisor...if your are claiming manager or supervisor...but if you have work in a trade job for quite sometimes then was promoted for supervisor, you are still eligible to apply...base on PNP your job should fall under O, A, B...I hope this helps.

I want to know that i just got this job few days back i have no experience in roofing field. But have experience in mechanical engg for more than 2 years (diff field) is that work?
May i apply for pnp right now or i have to gain experience, lawyer is saying i dont need experience i can apply with job letter only

They do not send out emails beforehand unless they have questions regarding your application.

I just emailed the pnp office and this response Thank you for your email.



A decision was recently made on this application. Please allow time for staff to prepare and mail out correspondence to the mailing address.

Email to BC PNP ask them, I want work permit support letter if they release the letter by email that's mean your BC PNP is approved.

The actual BC PNP Approval Letter sends on mail address, they wouldn't send in Email.

I got an email saying I have been approved and they also attached my support letter that I can take to the border to apply for a temporary work permit while I am waiting for the CIC processing for my permanent residency. They said that I will get my approval package in the mail in the next couple of weeks.

Can people stop making assumptions and stating things as facts? For instance the poster above received all documents via email, and I'm sure other people out there had the same, so clearly they DO send emails beforehand to notify nomination.
