BC PNP approved, work permit expired

Hi,
i applied for bc pnp in november 2013, in december 2013 i applied for new work permit (because was about to expire).
In january 2014 i got rejection of my work permit extension because you cannot extend your work and holiday visa. so i stopped working. and they gave me 90 days to apply for restoration of status
Few days ago i got my bc pnp approval with supporting letter for work permit.
What should i do to get my work permit as soon as possible?

Take 150$, approval letter, job offer, expire work permit, passport and go to border to do a flagpole and get your new work permit in 30 minutes. Simple as that

you need to be carefully cause as I know, you cannot go to border with expired work permit.

I did call CIC and asked about it, and they said I can go but they would not do it for me. you can only do flagpoil when you hold the valid work permit

but i have one more question and i can not find the answer, can i apply for work permit with pnp supporting letter online?
