I was told the decision. I am waiting for the mail.

I got rejection today after 19 weeks ....really tough time for me...

Like Robbie said what were their reasons..? I believe you need to find another employer, change jobs, and try again.....

On a seperate note guys - I think we should catch up outside of this forum in Vancouver - Ifyou are comfortable. I am reaching Vancover in the first week of March and will be pretty lonely - will be great to make some new friends !! Looking forward to everyones thoughts.
