Hi Jazz tell her to apply as a visitor. Hopefully she will get it and can stay in Canada for next 6 more months. Tell her to apply paper application so she could be in implied status for at least 2 months because the processing time for visitor is 75 days. Hope this will help her

Hi, a quick question for u surrey100 did ur employer applied for anyone else for PNP before.

Japy77 no i am the first one

Do anyone have any idea that how much it takes to prepare a financial statement

Ya trying my best its 7 days over today hope my employer got his financial statement made by his accountant

Jazz..... Never try that unless she has an LMO. before her work permit expires she should put in a visitor permit as soon as possible. Secondly if she restores after Wp expire, CIC will only give her 2 - 3 months to stay in Canada. If she applies before her current status expires CIC will give her 6 months visitors in canada although she will need to stop work immediately by February 14.

Once her pnp is approved she can flagpole or reapply for her Wp and she will be issued 2 years work visa, she files for PR and you also will be entitled to a spousal open work permit depending on her NOC class...

Applying as visitors is the best option.

I applied in sept 15th, decision reached 14 jan, and will update once I get my package... Good luck everyone waiting

Thank you youngram
But will this affect her PNP case. I mean will she be able to get her PNP.

youngarm ..did they tell you the decision

It did not affect my case and many similar cases as long as you have an evidence or prof that you have extended your visitors. All u need to do is to send it to them when they call her. Because they will.

I was told the decision. I am waiting for the mail.
