thanks you so much for your help guys,

I appreciate your time

best wish to you guys and best luck to myself , cross my fingers :))

@ Rachael.... You don't need to leave canada as long as your CIC letter stated that you have 90 days to restore your status. Restoration of status takes 16 weeks of processing... So your best bet is to put in that application for a visitors visa ASAP .....

However, you can send a copy of the proof of restoration to BCPNP to update your file, so they know you are currently on implied status. You need to act immediately.... In btwn Before you waste your money, over some hungry lawyers make sure you call CIC and BCPNP on Monday for guidance first before seeking lawyers.

Inquire if it's ok to be on an implied status in canada while your bcpnp application is in process? Also ask them whether you can update your file with an evidence of restoration.....

Hey Guys,
It will be useless going to BC Pnp office,I did it and they will tell you to wait.
Yes my wife is with me in Canada.

HI Younggarm,

it will be ok if I am in smplied status . however, I am already in the situation of losing status. U can not restore for now because I have non supporting document to restore. I was suggested by the person who was in y same situation last year that the only thing I cam do for now is wait until I get PNP application result. and if I get approval, I can use it to restore my status.

oh, is that you mean I put my application for a visitor visa to restore my status? if thats right, do you know what I need to apply for visitor visa ?

Thanks you for your time,

rachael

Hello Friends,

Firstly, I want to apologize to you. Because, I always come with frustrating sad news. Today I called BC PNP office and got an update that the timeline for processing is changed and it is now 14-16 weeks.
If anybody want to call them, they have a new number to contact and it is +1-604-660-0386.
They did have only 2 days off during this holiday season. But, their advisers were on vacation for this time. And I also got the news that they have about 7000 files in process this time. So be ready for 16-18 weeks update.

Best of luck.

That's crazy. I got file number a month ago and it was 37xx, so they received 3000 more applications within one month?

Hi Guys,

I just rang BC PNP and the number is still the same. +1604775227 . It has been fixed.

I was told that my file has not been allocated and most of the case officers are away on leave until 6th Jan 2013.

I hope we get an update real soon. Its been a while I sent my application !!

Cheers

Hey robbie thats really pathetic how can they do this. I emailed them and they replied me back

Thank-you for your inquiry. Your application is in process. Our current processing time is 12 -14 weeks based on a completed application. Should the processing time exceed 14 weeks, please contact our office at that time. We appreciate your patience.

Now its too confusing whats going on in their office. I may personally go and ask them about the update

Its the same reply as before as if an automated email

Yes it is confirmed that processing time is now 14 to weeks.

No i didnt call them...

I will call them on friday 3 jan....
