BC PNP application batch sept. 2013

Today ..i called bc pnp office and a lady picked my call....she asked me to give my name ..my date of birth and student client id..after that she told me there is no record on this name .

What the hell is this ? I dont know what happens there...oh god please help me...i m under lots of tension...

Tommorow i will call to my bank and ask abt money deduction...

Hi Lovy kaler,

I would suggest that you send them another email.

GUYS - I just saw BC PNP website and they have updated the forms and in the checklist thay are asking for a photograph as well. I sent my papaers to my employer in late august and at that time it did not ask for the picture. Did any one else submit their passport size photograph ?

Also at the bottom of the form, it says updated in August 2013 but I did not see that form being updated in August.

Any thoughts guys ? This immigration process makes me very nervous !!

I can understand mate . What did u apply ? Did u include a passport size photo as well ?

It was nothing like there because even filled up my forms in august there was no clue of photographs. I dint send any photographs what are they doing seems to be missguiding now.

This is what they emailed me:

"The 6 weeks is only an estimated time frame. They are currently working on data entry for files submitted September 23, 2013. Your file should be entered into the system shortly and you will be receiving an acknowledgment email once a file number has been assigned. Thank you for your patience."

Hi Liljinx..what date did you apply and did you include a passport size photograph with ur application ?

robbiefernando - The photograph and the new application forms do not apply to your application if you apply before Nov 15, 2013. These forms come into effect after this date. You dont have to worry about it.

Don't worry man, they're just a little slow with their data entry. The same thing happened to me. One week after they took the money, I called in to double check and they couldn't find my application. She followed up and got back to me 2 days later with my case number. And I received the official email with the case number 2 days after that or 2 weeks after they withdrew the fee. So I think they're just really SLOW in the processing, I know it's frustrating but give it sometimes. Hope you get your number soon!

Last day..i called to bcpnp office they said the processing time is 10 to 14 weeks due to rush of files.
The lady said me " you will receive ur file number shortly".....

And also she said that they are working on 23 sept files...

Got my Acknowledgement Letter. it's taking 12-14 weeks now. geez!!!
