Hello Friends,

Is there any chance that after BC PNP approval (Provincial Level) rejection for permanent residence will come from cic immigration (Federal Level)?

New rule a four-year ‘cumulative duration’ limit on the length of time work in Canada also apply in PNP PR process?

Thanks

Is there any quote for BC pnp Ee out of 5500?

Sorry for the late response. I asked the BC PNP office about the Qouta for EEBC. They informed me that there is no quota for EEBC. i think that they have 5500 for both regular+EEBC.

I hope that can help u

With EEBC and regular both under the same quota, how are processing times now affected for those of us applying under regular pnp? Would this shorten processing times by a bit/stay the same/longer? Getting increasingly anxious that it will be longer... Submitting my application this week :'(

Applied BC PNP Express Entry and just received my AOR yesterday,

This email confirms that we received the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) application for XX on February 24, 2015 and is the official receipt for payment of the $550 application fee.
Your BC PNP File Number is SO-15-XXXX.

can someone help me out with my concern?
The BC PNP letter states my file # and received date, etc. but it does not specify that my application was processed under Express Entry Category.
Do you find any specific or similar wordings indicating that your file is under Express Entry in your letters?
Thank you.

Hi, when do you apply for BC PNP EE?

Has anyone seen any other express entry pnp time lines. The ones I've seen I've just about passed the waiting.

Dear BC PNP Applicant,

Effective immediately, the B.C. government is implementing a 90-day pause on new applications to most categories of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). The BC PNP will begin accepting new applications in July 2015 with an improved application process and updated program criteria.

Those who applied to the BC PNP on or before March 31, 2015 will not be impacted. Program staff will continue to process BC PNP applications already in the system and bring on additional staff to improve processing times. Please be advised that processing does not guarantee approval.
During this administrative pause, BC PNP will continue to accept applications under the Express Entry British Columbia stream and the Northeast Pilot Project, as well as those submitted by Health Match BC and public health authorities. Applications will not be accepted under the Business Immigration stream at this time.

In order to focus on processing the existing inventory of BC PNP applications, we will not be responding to inquiries about application status. We ask clients to refer to the PNP website for program updates: www.welcomebc.ca/pnp
The program will re-open in July 2015 with operational improvements to increase efficiency, maintain strong outcomes and position the program for future growth. Program categories will be aligned with B.C.’s labour market and economic development priorities to ensure we continue to attract the best and brightest workers and entrepreneurs.
With the introduction of an updated BC PNP, the province will continue its commitment to build a strong workforce to meet B.C.’s economic needs.
