BC PNP and CEC

Hi there,

I am currently registered for express entry through the CEC.

I'm currently at 444 points on the CRS.

I am wondering if I can apply through the BC PNP to support my CEC application and gain an additional 600 points?

On the BC PNP website it says nothing about CEC applications only express entry Skilled Worker positions.

Yes you can apply for BC PNP if you qualify for CEC.

You need to create the Express Entry profile first and then create your BC PNP profile. Part of the process for creating BC PNP profile is giving your Express Entry profile number, so that BC PNP know that you qualify for Express Entry.

Wondering if you have further information regarding your question, I am in the same situation right now and I am going to start the process for the BC PNP, however I am not sure if I can use this nomination for my Express entry profile which is valid only for CEC.

I hope you or someone else that has gone through this situation before can give any feedback.
