HiThinly said:Did you contact the BC PNP?
Finally, you got nomination today..Thinly said:Hello everyone,
I just got my nomination today at 4:30 pm.
I have been posting my concerns on this forum since November regarding BC PNP statuses.
They took exactly 138 days (over 4 and half months) however, I'm glad that I got it.
Thanks everyone for sharing your thoughts.
I'm hoping everyone who is waiting for nomination for a long time especially, November/December applicants will get it soon.
By the way they didn't ask me for additional documents/information prior to nominate.
Thanks guys and good luck!
Thanks! I hope you get your nomination soon.Ginnie said:Finally, you got nomination today..

Kindly let your employer know about this email and if he doesn't agree, then they will surely reject your case. So better talk to him and convince him about average pay rate in your area, either he need to pay you equivalent or higher wage rate.Jmodi5060 said:Hello guys,
I am new here and I applied as user support technician under BC PNP skilled worker- international graduate. And I got the below mentioned email from PNP officer that my wage is not meeting the minimum wage standard.
Do any one has any idea that how can I justify this as my employer is not ready to increase my pay?
As proposed in your application, I have reviewed your stated job duties and it appears to be consistent with the duties classified under NOC 2282 User support technicians. According to the Job Bank website for NOC 2282 positions, the lowest end of the standard wage estimates for these positions in the Lower Mainland – Southwest Region of British Columbia starts at $16.83 per hour.
Based on my assessment, I have concerns the equivalent of $15.38 per hour ($32,000 per annum) wage stated on your job offer form and offer of employment is not at market rate and not comparable to workers with a similar level of experience and training for equivalent positions in the same region of B.C.
You do realize you are encouraging misrepresentation?Obtaining permanent residency through fraud allows you PR status to be removed from you and your removal from Canada if it is discovered FYIGinnie said:Ask your employer only employer can change you wages.
convince your employer. May be he can change you wages only in papers.
tell you employer at least you need minimum wage according to your job Title.
why he is not increasing?
Section 40(1)(a)(b) of the Immigration Refugee Protection act allows the government to remove permanent residency obtained through misrepresentation and it allows them to remove the permanent residency of family you have sponsored if you obtained it through misrepresentation.Be carefulGinnie said:Ask your employer only employer can change you wages.
