What your consultant did illegal and against the RCIC code of ethics.I passed by the BC PNP office today and asked them what you could do.They send you can send them a cancellation of rep email and they can issue you a new user id and password and lock out your representative of your file.Hope this helpsGinnie said:why you need consultant. already you created you profile. what is left. so my advice do not go to consultant, they will charge you high amount and moreover they will not give you your USER ID AND PASSWORD.
it is very easy each and every information they will send you if they need any.
You can do it yourself.
Parially true,if you have no issues ,many go through this themselves. But if your case is a bit more complicated as I will use an actual case to illustrate. You may need a professional.Names and Nationalities have been changed to protect privacysudubey said:What matters is your comfortability level. Thanks a lot for detail explanation for the meaning of Comfortable. When I use this word, that means candidate have to consider all angles before taking a call. You can't just think positivity only, take into consideration all angles and take final call. Money doesn't matter in adverse circumstances. Thanks again.BCguy said:Parially true,if you have no issues ,many go through this themselves. But if your case is a bit more complicated as I will use an actual case to illustrate. You may need a professional.Names and Nationalities have been changed to protect privacy
Mori was a Japanese student who worked at the Holiday Inn Downtown Vancouver for 2 years as a front desk clerk on a working holiday visa.Prior to that He had worked as an IT Manager in Japan for 5 years prior to coming to Canada. The Hotel liked him so much,They promoted him to front desk manager with a supporting LMIA for this NOC A job.He got an invitation to apply and submitted his papers under the skilled work none express entry BC PNP
After 1 month He got an email from his program advisor informing He did not feel He met the requirements of the program. The skilled worker program requires 2 years of directly related work experience in the job.His two years as a front desk clerk were NOC C and did not count. His one year of direct experience was not enough to meet the requirements. He was given 10 days to prove he was qualified for the program
I argued that according to the rules related experience may also be used if you can prove its relevance to the job.His being an IT Manager for 5 years in Japan were related because the principals of manage are to manage, lead ,direct and control and these are transferable across industry, they are universal principals of management and should be relevant to his current job. After the advisor called Mori for a half hour interview to confirm that He had management skills. He got his nomination 3 days later
I am sharing this story to give you guys some idea that getting your nomination is just filling in forms. There will be questions and interviews. If you are comfortable with your skill at this. You do not need a lawyer or consultant. If not so much.Maybe you should consult a good ethical one.
