Unless you can prove that the ban was incorrectly applied....

You will also find that it's now difficult to get a visa for a lot of countries that share immigration information.

Your refusal letter would very clearly state who in your application got banned.

I have 5 years banned, last year as per my application. Then my immigration agent answered "no" in 16 (1), supposed to mention that I got a US refusal in 2016 and 2017.

Question:
Can I apply again for a US visa? Does the current Canada ban affect if I apply for a US visit visa?
