Hi All.
My common law partner and I are putting together our application for Permanent Residency. We have highlighted banking transfers from both of our accounts to one another for two separate Months for things like rent and groceries etc. Is that enough info or how many months do you recommend we Highlight?

Thanks so much.

As you are applying through common-law, you need to show documentation and proof that spans at least 12 months previous to submitting your application. 2 months doesn't provide proof that you have been living in a common law relationship. What other proofs are you providing?

We have a rental agreement that is signed by our landlady from when my partner moved in. We also have bills and government tax forms that say we are in a common law relationship from that time too.
So should we be highlighting the transactions every month from when she moved in ( December 2018) until now?

Yes, that would definitely make for a stronger application.
