Hi,

I have a question regarding proof of funds, My bank statement shows the required amount of $ 12,000 for the last 3 months , however it shows a monthly deduction for my car loan. do you think I still can submit it ? I am worried that it might be thought that I took a loan to show it on my bank statement.

Any ideas ? any recommendations ??

I do not think it will be an issue.
As a precaution, I will suggest you get a letter from the bank that the credit balance in your account is $xxx. Also, attach the statement of your account which will show periodic deductions. Anyone can have loan payments. Once the VO sees that the credit balance has built gradually in your account and not as a one push from a big deposit, they should be alright.

Hope that helps.

I have the same story! Every month loan deduction plus infused big amount before printing the statement. Makes no difference! I got my visa!!! :-)

darkness123, did you deposit a big amount before the statement and it was ok? where was your visa office?
