Bro got your point and its very much valid.... but what if they ask to pay fee ? Then i would be only left with remaining amount in my account with stocks and property. Moreover, Canadian immigration official website says you just need to show first year fee and living expense for first year ..... Kindly guide me .....
Yaar ask your consultant to try in some other university which do not require advance fee ... This is the good option left with you .... Discuss it with your consultant .....
..... Otherwise, You must have your bank balance sufficient enough to cover your first year fee and living expenses ..... Property and stock are extra things which will solidify your case.... But, money in the bank is very important ... You should arrange for the money .... Because money is the instant source and right according to the requirement ... You can sell some of your your property or you can borrow it from someone .....
Stock and Property add up to your assets ... moreover, it shows good connection to your home country ... If you won't show bank statement and just present your stock documents and property documents ... It will bring complications and there may be high chances for refusal .....
