Hi Guyz...

I want to apply for Study Permit after Eid. I have current account since 2007 at Islamabad, UBL. Now is this Okay, If i deposit desired money in the account and show that Bank letter? Thnx for ur time guyz...

Hi realskill,

They usually ask for 6months bank statement no matter how many years you are doing your banking in that specific bank.
Just ask your bank to print out the last 6months statement for you that will correspond to your proof of fund of course.

you need to show them 3 to 4 months old bank statement..and the account should b an active one.

Its ok but there are some cases that they will ask you where you got the money, like why all of a sudden you have that amount all at once. you know what I mean...?
There are some member in this forum had the same experience before I just can't find it right now..
To be in the safe side, be ready for an explanation in case they will ask you..again, just in case...

You need to show bank statements from the last 4 months.. this shows them that your account is active and that the money is there for the 4 months and no suspicious activity is taking place.
If you deposit a large some of money today and extract statements from the bank tomorrow and submit it to CHC then they might:
1. Deny ur visa.. because they might be doubtful over ur ability to pay fee's thinking that you may have borrowed the money from a relative...
2. Ask you for solid proof as to where the funds came from... e.g if you sold property or any other assets recently.. (if thats the case then you should already include receipts and documents of sale of assets in ur application so that they should not ask for it)

My uncle is responser me for study VISA. he has a busniess in canada.

so that his bank statement is flextuate constantly? i.e some time it has 2000 dollar in account some time more then 40 thousand dollar.

can you please let me know this type of statement is valid for study visa or not?

My mom have sold some jewelery and got the recept. will show any evidence which proof that my mum was the owner of that jewelery before?? my mom had made these many years ago.

It is better to show that where this money comes from but it is not necessary.
You can also show property.

It is better for you to show liquid funds available in bank account.
you can show jewelery as extra funds.
As visa officer can think that when you will get visa you can not sale your jewelery, property and other things immediately.

She has deposited it 28 november.i want to submit my paper 15 december. then a question will be raaised in visa officer's mind, how this amount comes from??then what can i do?may i tell it comes from business??
