Do I need to also send bank statements while I submit my FSW application or can that be done at a later stage?

You MUST include a bank statement with the stipulated minimum account balance with your application otherwise your entire package will be returned as incomplete.

Also, I need help with PCC.... I have been staying in the US for past 7 years however I am an Indian citizen. Will I still need a PCC from India?

Yes - you will need a PCC from India. But you don't have to send it with the original application.

Is FD (Fixed Deposit) considered to be a valid POF?

Also, I am the primary account holder and I also have a secondary account holder which will not be on my immigration application as a dependent. As I am the primary account holder, will this be considered valid or it has to be "only" under my name?

I need to know asap. I greatly appreciate any feedback!

FD is Valid POF
but
It has to be in your name or you and your spouse
no third person can be co-holder !

It can be with my spouse's individual account also.. Is my understanding right?

Could you please also advise on the length of bank statement, is it essential that is should cover the last six months or little bit less can also work.. in my case I got my funds for the last 5 months and 26 days and my package is ready.. should i send my application or wait till 4 days to complete the six months..
