TAX returns are not that much important, unless u r paying tax in full like ,ur business is not using "windowdressing" of accounts, which is mostly the case in pakistan and all other countries, like business owner may earn 30 lakh per year but only paying 20 ,25 thousand tax, which is very low and CHC may think that u r having low income,so just show
-NTN CERIFICATE OF THE BUSINESS( it will show them that u r paying tax, having business from how much time, what kind of business is)

@ Momi....
I guess by mentioning the certified loan u are pointing towards the loan letter issued by a few banks in pakistan... But my question is... is it authentic ? I mean I've heard that before the embassy could check that amount in your account, its already withdrawn and u get a rejection.... Aisa na ho ke banda 70 75k kharch karay n faida hi na ho... So whats the scene ?
Anybody here who used the loan letter thingie from pakistan ?

I mean the actual loan you take for studies and amount remains in your account, but I don't know if any bank in Pakistan provide such loan...

What I'm talking about is also an actual loan (i.e, the amount is deposited in your account) except that it goes back to whr it came from after your visa decision has been made :P

Pm me I can Tell you a good Way Of handling Bank Statement :P

Hey guys!

So is it sooo important to show bank statement for past 4 months?
'cause i can show only bank statement account.
Can anybody tell me please?

Hi Sandra
I have just got the refusal application from canada embassy even though i have showed 51lakhs in my acount for the past four months and during these months i have made several transaction, But still the visa officer has problem with my acount and pass a stupid remarks that your financial resoure is not adequate.
I have also show another acount at the same of 81 lakhs both are my personal acount.
I think you should go a head with your acount no matter how much balance you have arrange. But try your best to show good bank statement

i put 3 million rupees in my bank account a day before i applied for the visa n got the visa.
it was fixed deposit by the way ,so u wouldnt be able to take money out ;)
it should work for you as well

it's better you consider sponsor as your main source of income even though your personal account is required, with that your source of income is guaranteed while studying. showing only your personal accounts would only limits your ties in your home country. let your parents or brother be your sponsor at the same time, show your personal account or fixed deposit account
