Hello everyone,
I just received my ITA last week and I am confused about the letter from the bank as scotia said they don't provide this kind of letter. can anyone please help me with what to do now?
also, do we need to provide a 6-month statement from or all credit cards and about our car loans as well?
I will really appreciate your help.
 
No need to get the average and all that stated. Just get a sealed copy of current balance with date, branch adress, and your details.
 
Got the letter from Scotiabank mentioning all the details needed per IRCC instructions.
They refused to give it at first place saying they have a different template for the letter but I asked firmly what I need and asked for a manager. It worked out just well. Sometimes the bank don’t want to do those things but you have every right as a customer to demand this kind of information which belongs to you.
