Bank Education loan for University....

Can anyone guide in the format of loan letter to be submitted for visa purpose. As the Nationalised Bank says they will provide loan acc number only after visa approval...

Can someone plz help.... Is bank loan letter enough or bank loan sanction letter is necessary... Plz help me with this...

Loan letter is enough (India). Bank will disburse fund after visa approval.
