PLEASE HELP HELP HELP

Dear FORUM MATES yesterday I got an email from CIC where they stated that they are not satisfied with my Documents. They asked for documents relates to following caluse

(b) during that period of employment they performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification; and
(c) during that period of employment they performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, including all of the essential duties.

I am not satisfied that you meet all three parts of this requirement. You have provided insufficient evidence to satisfy me that you have performed the action described in the lead statement, and a substantial number of the main duties, of the occupation as set out in NOC 7242 Industrial Electricians.

Now my Question is can anyone say what is lead statement for the occupation mentioned in (b).

URGENT.

usually during medical test it will not be checked.
if you have any obvious signs of liver disease then may be they will test for it.
during medical test, following test are usually done:

- Large PA chest X-ray together with a radiologist's report for any person 11 yrs of age or older.
- Blood test (VDRL or similar test) for all applicants 5 yrs of age or older.
- A Urinalysis (sugar, protein, blood) for all applicants 5 yrs of age or older.
- HIV test for any person 15 yrs of age or older, children who have received blood or blood products, or have a known HIV mother, and all potential adoptees.
- Additional tests may be required if a medical condition is identified. The Immigration Medical Services have provided guidelines to the examining physician, detailing medical situations/conditions which require additional tests. Allowing the examining physician to follow the guidelines at the initial appointment will expedite your application.

So don't worry. it will be no problem in your case because your are asymptomatic.

Marzuk, Good to know that your status changed to IP. I wish you and other forum members get expected result as early as possible. I've landed on 4th of this month and the whole process was smooth. Getting job is the only problem here in this country. So be prepared. Best of luck.

"Decision made" before "medical done" is not a good sign. Wait for their correspondence. Best of luck.
