Dear All,

My e-cas is RBVO since march,2011. (20 months running )
Please suggest what can I do now? Send CSI?I just send CSI yesterday.Didn't get any response?
Please suggest your opinions.

Usually they send reply after 2/3 days. you should wait. i didn't get my 1st CSI reply then i wait for one month and then sent the 2nd one. they replied back after 3 days.

Already I am in RBVO stage since last 12+7=19 months after getting 2nd AOR. I dont know any MI2 applicant, who has passed the whole process within this time line. Ora bole ekta, kintu result

Dear All MI 2 applicants,

I have a question and I would like to seek your help to answer it .
My boys was born in OCT2012. I did inform CIC about my family recomposition and they reply me by email below.

" How to add your child to your application:

You will be required to submit the following documents in order to add your child to your application:

- a letter explaining how your family composition has changed and requesting that your child be added to your application
- processing fee for the child (if accompanying you to Canada)
- an IMM8 application form and Family Information Form filled in for the child
- updated IMM0008 Generic and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse
- notarized copy of the child’s birth certificate
- copy of your child’s valid passport
- two recent passport-size photographs of your child according to the specifications

My Questions are :

_ I am a MI 2 application (apply under the old format form). Do I need to send them the update using the old format or I use a new one? (old form and new form has many difference.)
_ According to their reply email, They ask me upadate IMM8 application form (named IMM0008EGEN) on 3rd line why they repeat again in 4th line " updated IMM0008 Generic". the "IMM8 application" form and "IMM0008 Generic" form are same or different form?

I am very appreciate for your help. Especially an advice from anyone who already did an update newborn baby with Singapore office.

try to provide a copy of your relatives Health card, SIN card, Credit card, Driving license, passport, Certificate of Canadian citizenship, birth certificate of his/her from BD......& make sure they pay all taxes & other utility bills regularly & timely...

I sent only tax documents,salary pay slips,phone bill,child benefit documents of my Canadian relative,......birth certificates,passports,pr card was sent during initial submission so didn't submit those again,moreover they asked me to prove my uncle currently residing in canada so didn't thought to provide proof that he is my uncle as those documents were given before,is it a big mistake done by me?

that's OK...nothing to worry about...if you can manage driving license that can do all works...cz in canada through driving license they can get all information.

I think that will be sufficient to proof the relationship.

at the time of application, I sent BD birth certificate of both my mom and uncle, bangla copy of marriage certificate and it's notarized translated copy (mom), copy of SSC exam registration card (mom), East Pakistan matriculation exam transcript (uncle), copy of Canadian passport, Social Insurance Number (uncle), copy of PR card (uncle), copy of uncle's Electricity bill of Latest month(at the time of application).

According to Singapore VO, they will answer your quires if it cross processing time(17 months) , so why not send CSI to VO?

i hv got in process effective from 21 Nov 12. i pray rest all RBVO will also get IP soon.
