I applied as social worker,in feb 2011,still received by visa office,but yesterday I got an Email that I have to provide evidence that my uncle currently residing in Canada,is it a bad thing,r they going to reject my file

It is a positive thing. They are asking some additional doc to start processing your file....... I had the similar case.

Dear Tanji - app cancellation has nothing to do with relative issue. there is no logic behind that. my 2nd sister is in canada and my 3rd sister used relative point during doc update req. my 3d sister recently got their visa also. i will also claim my sis point once they will ask for doc update.

Got rejected because he did not have sufficient points without relative...Is that the same situation with you ? still no problem.. if you can provide the doc whatever they have asked.

Welcome this forum. Its good sign that they have been working with RBVO file.
No tension, just do it, according to their requirements.
