It seems as incorrect calculation as I submitted the application 19 months back and it is still RBVO.

even though it's incorrect calculation but we are helpless. there is nothing we can do about this. at least you can say your time is due and may get next status at any time.

It is not from the submission date.... it is from the date since SVO received your file...................

Marzuk is absolutely right. i guess very few MI2 crossed 17 months so far.

provide as many documents as you can to prove your uncle is a resident of Canada.
Did they ask for proof of relationship

try to provide a copy of your relatives Health card, SIN card, Credit card, Driving license, passport, Certificate of Canadian citizenship, birth certificate of his/her from BD......& make sure they pay all taxes & other utility bills regularly & timely...
