BANGLADESHI MI-2 APPLICANT'S FORUM

Facts are much frustrated than that my bro. Many of MI3 are getting IP (C: MI3 forum). MI1 getting MR, MI3 getting IP and MI2 are getting through waiting test (WT). Presently SGVO processing time 26 months means July 2011+26 months= Sept 2013. If cic start new application in January 2013-
1. Will cancel all backlog
2. Sept 2013 will be .....(Seniors plz suggest)!

is there any hope?

Just my opinion.

Many of MI3 are getting IP (C: MI3 forum). - Because they are top priority at this moment. that doesn't mean that they are not thinking about MI2. Otherwise there would be no MR for MI1. I am still positive.

Presently SGVO processing time 26 months means July 2011+26 months= Sept 2013. - this 26 months processing time is mostly applicable for pre june 10 applications. for MI2 they did not publish any timeline yet. it could be more or even less then 26 m. and i guess 26 months starts from application rcvd date not MI dates.

If cic start new application in January 2013- 1. Will cancel all backlog - Be positive bro. that has nothing to do with MI2. dont make other people frustrated . even for pre feb 2008 applicants ive heard one court has given verdicts against the govt. other court is still in prosecution stage.

Please correct me if i am wrong. i love to discuss There are lot of things i have learn from this kind of forum as well. its better we discuss rather then just wait wait and wait .

My point is all MI3 applicants are in the state of "IN PROCESS" from the day 1 when they receive their PER..so not many bt all MI1 are in IP stage

m talking about e-cas status...when MI3 applicants receive their PER email and they login. their status is IN PROCESS

Brother, there is no need to worry about this. I think all applicants in the RBVO stage face the same problem, including me. As per the instructions/reasons shown after failed log in, the application must be 'In Process', only then the client ID starting with B ...will work.

Don't worry after looking at the IP stage for all MI3. as i told they were in the priority list. I still believe more development is due for MI2 and MI3 in next couple of months. lets keep our finger crossed

One my own sis applied back in 2010 (probably Jan) she is now in Canada and already settled.
My other sis applied back in 2010 Apr (MI1). She just completed her MR and now waiting for PPR ( it took 29 months for them)
Three of my other colleagues applied under MI1. one already settled there, 2nd one just had his first entry in CA and the last one waiting for PPR.

I have applied in oct 2010. so i see now its my turn. you hv applied after me i guess. so lets hope we are in que now.

Yes, he got In Process with date about 1 month ago. I am sure he got IP with date, but I am not sure how long ago he got it. Anyway, I think he can answer your question after he comes back from Dr. Wahab's.
