Dear Forum Mates,

We know that we have to physically stay inside Canada for 730 days in 5 years to keep the PR valid. Now Could someone please clarify one thing - Since when this 5 years is counted ?

- Is it the date on which the PR visa is issued (Before landing ) or
- Is it the date on which I enter Canada to become PR or
- Is it the date on which PR card is issued ?

visa is issued for 5 yrs
have to get in within 1st yr
have to spent 730 days (continues, i guess) in the last 4 yrs.

onek din (>2 weeks) pore 01 November e-case status check korte jeye dekhlam IP date 23 October.
Ki mone hosse boss: 19 month pore RBVO to IP holo; ekhon IP to MR pete koto time lagte pare? Plz suggest me because you are one of the active forum member ever I seen.

Amar mone hoy apni next February te MR paben (max). Allah chaile er agayo hotay pare (maybe mid December). Tension korben na, InshAllah good news will come soon.

Amar jono doa koiren, ami ei matro check korsi, ar amar status ekono RBVO.

amar mone hoy ekono MI-1 (2010) applicants der MR issuer kaj choltese. So kisu kisu applications randomly choose kora hoche from MI-2 (2011 batch), and ederke In Process deya hoche. Ekono in large numbers IP deya hoche na 2011 batch ke, jehutu MI-1 tader priority ekon.
Still keep an eye on your ecas status, bola jay na, Allah doya korle apni sigri IP,MR, peyeo felte paren!
