for MI2 guys, one of my friend noc 2151 got his e-case status changed yesterday from RBVO to In Process, I think this is good sign for MI2 applicant

brother I'm also 2151, just for known to people like you & me, a another friend of me is already got visa @ 2nd week of September, he is also 2151 & he deed application @ 4th week of February 2011, he got in-process in e-cas @ June 2012- got MR+PPR @ July 2012- visa taken from Singapore @ 2nd week of September 2012

i sent a csi informing them everything about why i cudnt issue a bankdraft as RPRF...
i got answer of that csi....for u i am am quoting it

Dear Sir / Madam,

Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

Please submit processing fees for your newborn child. Upon receiving your processing fees for your newborn, we will issue medical forms to you and your accompanying dependents.

We hope this information will be of assistance.

Bhai why don't you try to print this email and show it to SCB for your RPRF. If they still don't agree, try different branches or try talking to customer service managers. It shouldn't be a problem after they read this letter.
