Bangladeshi Applicants for Sponsoring Spouse Only

Have anyone seen this:
- my ecas is showing:

Sponsorship Application Status: 'In Process'
- and when I click on 'In Process', it says:
1. We received your application to sponsor XXXXX XXXXX on June 25, 2015.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 29, 2015.
3. We started processing your application on July 28, 2015.

and,
Permanent Residence Application Status: 'In Process'
- and when I click on 'In Process', it says:
1. We received XXXXX XXXXX's application for permanent residence on June 25, 2015.
2. We started processing XXXXX XXXXX's application on September 1, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.

Questions:
- Is this normal?
- What happened to my Sponsorship Approval?
- Anyone here sent application on June 2015? Is it same for you, too?

Singapore CIC has requested passport along with 2 pictures (for COPR document) and Appendix C (basic information of the applicant) filled out. Also requested not to contact Singapore CIC for a month since Singapore CIC needs 1 month to issue the PR Visa once they receive the passport along with other documents.

Yes, this is completely normal. This is how it was for me. You just have to patiently wait, they are processing your application.

What NEXT ???

If she is in Bangladesh, her application will go to Singapore, they will let you know when Singapore receives her file. Also, check your CIC account. You should check your email often also make sure you check your spam/junk inbox sometimes important emails end up being there.

I checked every single folder of my email, there is none. This morning called CIC. Rep mentioned me that an eligibility letter will be mailed to me within few days and my file sent to Singapore yesterday.

I think this is very normal. It might take 30 to 45 days from "in process" to passport request. In the meantime, please check applicant's email since CIC might ask for re-medical/police clearance/other documents. But don't worry, this is quite normal based on the information on this forum. If CIC has not asked for any documents yet, most likely they don't need any more documents. The file might be just waiting to be finalized for passport request.

Yes, this is normal. It's going with the flow, unless you missed documents or they request for more docs. I feel like they will request you guys for the passport very soon maybe next month in shaa Allaah. When my file went to Singapore it took 7 months for them to request for my husband's passport.

As far as I know, they did not mail me any letter stating Singapore got my file. I only got an email from them. In the letter it says this :

".....If you received this communication via email, please note that another copy will not be mailed to you..."

I was expecting email from CIC about SA.
