Plz Avoid Qatar due to US route

guys,

both qatar and emirates has us/non us route .. u would be considered a transit passanger in US .. so won't be an issue .. anyway .. etihad fly from dhaka to abu dhabi - abu dhabi to toronto .. that might be the shortest option as well.... i personally never flown with etihad ..

now peak / off peak .. based off of holiday season .. dec - jan due to christmas high fare in europe and north america .. summer (jun - aug) - high fare due to summer vacation in europe and north america .. i am surprised that the agent wasn't familiar with this .. but you can go to airline web site and put your expected travel date and can find out urself .. example if i fly in december emirates/qatar would cost me $2,000 apprx .. but i paid 900 usd in march for the same trip this year ... when are u planning to fly ??

if you fly on 25th december you would get cheaper price as well ... right now from houston to dhaka cost 1500 on 25 dec .. also try to avoid Y class ticket .. from looking at ur quote i am pretty sure they are quoting u Y class ticket ... let me know if you need more info ...

As per my speech with travel agents,,,,cathy will be better i think....5 hrs stay in hongkong
dhaka to hongkong---dragon air & then hongkong to pearson--cathy

Cathay: Not bad, moderate inflight entertainment with tv's behind every seats. cheaper fare- USD 1320 return. Boiled Food- Check with that with your agent. Don't forget Cathay has at least 5-10 years old Aircrafts comparing to Emirates's 1-2 years old ones.

In the form "Schedule 1: Background declaration" question nuber 10 requires me to fill in the details of my secondary & post secondary education.
My question is does secondary/high school begins from class 6?
i was in class 6 in the year of 1993, so should i write down 1993 as my high school strating date ?

5-10 yrs is not a big issue , as BD is running 20+ years old fleets...and there are negligible no of accident by BD pilots.... We should consider that we r not going for honeymoon trip our first target is to land their safely with cost effective price. though i like emirates and have a great desire to travel by A380.. lets hope for the best.
