Dear BDSkilled ,

You've pointed out a very meticulous issue which I inwardly feel myself that CHC could do for there clients .It's not a gigantic task to sent a one line email to the applicants regarding every update from sending Initial Application to Visa Stamping during the process as the fees which the applicants pay for the processing are meant for that .In fact ,applicants remain in the darkness whether their Docs have been lodged to right place or not,if not, you have little to do.In the mean time dreams might be shattered.

Agreed with goal....CHC should work in that area and consider the feelings of the applicants.

Goal
Dear Janathan Goal and BDskilled
I was wondering if you could help me in my following situation.
I have secured admission and I20 in MA program from a US uni. I am also in the process of securing (if successful) Permanent Residentship in Canada and my speculation is I will have to send my passport to the Canadian consulate by November/December to have my Canadian Immigration Visa stamped on it (again given that everything is positive). Now I have following options regarding facing student visa (F1) interview at US embassy:
1. Should I face F1 interview first at US consulate with my present passport with no Canadian Immigration Visa stamped on it?
2. Or should I get my Canadian Immigration Visa first and then face US consulate for F1 with my Immigration Visa Stamped on my passport?

I worry that, if I face F1 interview at US embassy with my Canadian Immigration Visa Stamped on my passport then the Visa Officer may reject me on the grounds of “Potential Immigrant” for USA too. Though by the time I will have Canadian Immigration Visa. Do you think it is advisable to Get US student visa first with a fresh passport with no Canadian Immigration Visa stamped on it?
As I have both the options available I would highly appreciate your frank comments on my predicament.
Others too, pls do comment. I will be much obliged.

Thanks in advance.

US F1 Student visa is not a Potential Immigrant visa. it is a temporary student visa. US Student visa never conflicts with Canadian PR visas. Visa officers at both offices know well that people always keep trying for a secondary or tertiary chances along with clicking on something at any time. if you wanna know more then Please talk to an Immigration lawyer in Dhaka.

Goal,

Why dont you write to Immig Minister of Canada about it? I agree with you too.

Janathan,
So bottom line is, it really doesn't matter if I stand for US student Visa Interview with my Canadian Immigration Visa stamped on it? Rigth?
