Thanks for your response. Can you tell me exactly what the gift deed must include. I am planning on selling my car, can I use the money from the sale for POF since I don't have a six months history?

You can, yes. BUT, make sure you include the bill of sale of the vehicle which clearly shows how much was paid for it. Include a LoE explaining that you sold the car with the intention to use the money for immigration, therefore the funds are not 6 months old.

No, that's not borrowing. CIC considers that a loan because you have to pay it back.

Then you are not borrowing. He is giving it to you as a gift. Get a gift deed and go on with life.
