That's right but saying that everyone in this pathway are illiterate and having no right to be in Canada by using what the IRCC planned to cover the worker's need of society, is unfair and rude.

Every year Canada issue visitor visas for family members to come and help new moms especially mothers and mother-in-laws.

No they did work illegally. They worked a job where they should have been receiving a wage…which you now have. My issue is that the program has been used predominantly by family members who cannot immigrate through economic pathways and your scenario illustrates that. You were fortunate but with the program on hold, IRCC may revisit allowing family members to be their child caregivers and support workers.

Anyone who come to Canada under any immigration program probably not suets to other ones like those who come under agricultural or statup Ways, so what?
