If you are a security guard in a restaurant, you would be affected, for example. If, on the other hand, you are a security guard at Best Buy, you wouldn't be. Both the employer AND the NOC have to be on the list. Who do you work for?

Read your contract, as long as the company is not in the FOOD INDUSTRY, (cafe, restaurant, coffeeshop etc.) you should be fine

Hi olinidisu,

I checked, and it wasn't in line under (cafe, restaurant, coffee shop etc.) it is purely agency for Cleaners.
i am worried here, cos the last time we had the talked with my agency i am getting LMO probably this month.
