Backlogs for Masters in Canada

Hi everyone
I had 4 backlogs history. I want to do masters in canada. Can anybody tell me if I could get a chance to do my masters there with 4 history of backlogs? If yes then what should be the minimum IELTS and graduation percentage ?

For IELTS, you must score at least 6.5 in each of the four categories. For graduation percentage, it depends on the school. You will have to research this through the individual university web sites.
