What to do to expedite the Background verification veriftcaion ? Is there any third party we can contact? or to order a file for the IRCC? Since I must leave for work by mid October, would buying Airplane ticket and send it to them would help?

You can just verify things using GCMS notes. There is no way to force a faster processing if application is stuck in Background verification.
