Dear Wait for 1 more month then send them inquiry ,coz your have already nailed everything except Security , so may be in a month they complete this thing as well and send you PPR , continuously send them same CSI may harm your case , one of my friend called for an Interview as well.

Inshallah you wont need to send another CSI you will get PPR soon

REALLY NICE SUGGESTION, I WOULD LIKE TO ADD ONE MORE STATEMENT,
IN YOUR CSI YOU SHOULD REFER, (THE VO) THAT ACCORDING TO YOUR VO, (MENTION THE E-MAIL DATE) MY BG CHECKS WERE STSRTED.....AND CURRENTLY I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT MY BGC..........ETC SO IN THIS WAY MAY BE SOME VITAL INFORMATION YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET FROM YOUR IO.( SAME THING HAPPENED WITH ME BUT IN MY CASE MY BGC WERE STARTED BEFORE MR SINCE, AUGUST 2011 AND THEN IN MARCH 2013 FINALLY I GOT REPLY AGAINST MY CSI ABOUT MY BGC THAT MY BGC HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND THE FILE IS JUST REVIEWED BY IO AND AT THE END OF MARCH, 2013 I GOT REQUEST VIA EMAIL, MR, RPRF, PCC)

May be LVO has distributed the cases to other relevant chcs to cope up the backlog.

Dont worry I've recently seen a forum member, whose Med was done on 01 Aug, 2012 getting PPR, so stay put, u r gonna get it soon.

hello

on my GCMS notes criminality and security NOT STARTED but i submit PCC and FBI report to Vo when they requested. my question is that any expiration period for PCC and FBI report after sumission to VO also in this case we have to redone all this process again. please give some guidence.
one more thing is recently VO ask me to pay RPRF. is that good chance to get PPR soon? but iam worry about security and criminality.

now seven days gone no update from ndvo till date

I need some advice for one of my friend. he applied for fsw 1 as a principal applicant alongwith dependant spouce. recently he received a refusal letter with 3 year Baan. now my question are as below

1. his wife want to apply for student visa. can she apply or this Baan is for both of them. and if he's what are the possiblities to get visa?

2. and if she granted a student visa can my friend apply as dependent as he is under the Baan of 3 yrs.plz provide ur expert advice

If he is banned, what is he banned from - applying for all types of visa or just a particular type of VISA ?

Either way, I think the ban would be across all types of VISAS
