this is asim frm pak ,& i need ur help to understand my case & please help me to know when i will recv my MR, i will be highly thnkful to u dear, my status is given below.bcoz its almost 15 months that have not recv MR and than how much time will be required to complete my case bcoz for 2011 applicants it is fast track & FT was introduced by cic as it will be finalized in 12 months.

i have applied for FSW on 4 september 2011 & recieved positive reply frm CIO nova scottia on 24 november 2011, at that stage my ecas shows '' in process'' & than i recieved very 1st reply frm LVO on 10 may 2012 for updating PCC & POF and was given 60 days to make it possible,which i submitted in 15 days, after almost 1 one month (june 2nd) of submissin of these docs i again recieved msg frm LVO to produce documents for my child bcoz i sent only bday certificate for my baby , he was only 3 months old at that time & i cudnt prepare ''B'' form & passport copies for my baby,& at this stage i was given 30 days to produce required docs,i submitted docs within 15 days, now on 10 october of 2012 my ecas shows 2nd line '' we started processing ur application on 10 octber 2012 ''

Dear Qorax!
I am stuck in a weird situation, I have received my Passport Request 2 (PPR-2) but have not yet received my Educational degrees & transcripts from LVO.
Infact, i sent them a case specific inquiry regarding my documents & they sent me PPR-2 after 3 days of inquiry.

I have not yet received reply on that inquiry regarding my documents since two weeks.

What could be the reason & worst case scenario? . Have you ever come across a case where documents are Lost or something?

1. No, I've not observed any cases where the VO had 'lost' one's originals.
2. Usually they send them back in the envelope containing ur pps. But with Isb it won't be possible as ur docs r at LVO.
3. I've noticed a few getting back their's pretty late... by about 5-6 months -- after some repeated corresp.

1. What's the query?
2. If I haven't replied -- I might not be knowing the answer.
3. If it's about timeframes -- I might offer a 'guess' only if I have certain specific inputs from u.
4. If it's about points calculation -- I generally avoid those queries.
5. If it's a PM -- I usually don't reply to those PMs whose contents could easily be posted on the open forum.

1. U had a 1-yr wait-queue, which got over around Nov-2012.
2. Ur "IP" line corroborates the above -- processing started on Oct-10th, 2012.
3. It takes around 4-6 months from then to receive the meds.
4. Thus u should expect ur meds around Feb-Apr 2013.

A couple of general knowledge question please to which answers would be most appreciated:
- When the ppr1 email comes from LVO does it mean that all checks (medical, background, security, etc) stand completed or is there any further checking that is left?
- What exactly does LVO do with the passport copies that it asks for and though not specified should one send colored copies?
- How long does this stage last before they send an email/instructions for ppr2 - like an average processing time?

Master Qorax,

I had kept my spouse and my son unaccompanied family members in my application. me and spouse went through Meds in Aug, and my son in December. Can i request Visa office at this point of time to make them accompanied by sending their Fee? or it will affect my application at this stage.

Please Master Guide me. should i shoot CSE to LVO that i wanna make my family members accompanied or i should send draft of fee. will it affect my application.

Iam MI1 NDVO applicant, my case is IP since, 10th May 2012 (Selection Passed date). And in June 2012, it came out of ECU-MPR in June 2012 and has seen three officers desks before landing at the Registry in June 2012 itself.

I have not received MR yet and for past 3 days my E-cas is down and I am really worried.
My last GCMS was on Dec 2012, which did not show any significant info, just that where my paper file is.

I fear the worse , should I request a GCMS now ?

1. It usually means that.
2. Checks them & sends it to CHC-ISB as an 'authority' to them to stamp ur pps. B/W is fine.
3. Typically they take another 6-8 weeks.
