thank you very much for your kind reply. But CHC doesnt accept hand delivery of documents. How do the CHC send back passport when they are done ?? Can they use courier or other mail services for passport delivery in inter country??

1. U've to courier it within India [ur friend/relative could do that].
2. It'd be returned to the address-label pasted on the returning envelope. For India that should be an Indian address.

Dear qrax Can u help me in my queries ? I want to take letter from Rto regarding my driving record like from the date of issue of my licence to till today there is no crime record . Hello Qorax,

I today got the letter of authentication from my regional transport authority. I had my license issued 27/08/2002 but that was only for Motor cycle with gear. Then i got Light Motor Vehicle added to my license on 26/05/2008. Now i have the letter issued and this is what it says.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN​

Certified that driving License No. XXXXX dated 27/08/2002 has been issued in the name of Mr. XXXXX S/O Sh. XXXXX R/O XXXXX for MCWG(motor cycle with gear) and LMW(light motor vehicle), which is valid upto 26/08/2022. The Category of LMV has endorsed on dated 26/05/2008 with the above driving license. His date of birth as per our record is 19/05/1984.

The letter shows the date on which the letter itself is issued (11/06/2010).

I hope this letter will suffice the Ontario transport guys. My license is also in English so no need of translation.

Last wednesday I got my PP request. I have submitted my passport to LVO directly on Thursday. This afternoon on my Ecas is " A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." and my previous address appeared where supposed to be Canadian address.

I am really worried coz I have never seen after submitting passport my current address appeared which supposed to be canadian address.

Please advice me. I am really worried at the very last moment.

eCas: In Process - We started processing your application on June 2, 2009. Medical results have been received.

January 07 2012: We are writing with regards to your application for permanent residence in Canada. Please be advised that background checks have now been completed.

March 08 2012: ReMeds has been received by London VO.

Now: Waiting for next stage!

According London VO time frame, we have completed 36 months now. please let us know that what is the next stage and how long will take to get next respond from London VO? ???

I have sent original Police certificate to VO in which due to the clerical mistake my professional status indicated as in "Private Service" while by profession I am in "Government Service" .

Would this may cause any difficulty in the processing of my case?

Please clear some of the doubts that I have regarding my GCMS notes which I received it today. The following was mentioned in the Notes section at the last pages of the GCMS notes as it contains total of 38 pages. I will paste the notes and it is given below

PA-PLS REQUEST THE FOLLOWING document immediately: -Australian PCC for spouse PENDING: - REVIEW of Spouse's Australian PCC –PPTs(old&new) * 3 –MEDS * 3 –RPRF * 2 ____________ PA has PROVISIONALLY obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that he/she will be able to become economically established in Canada, on the condition of NO NEW ADVERSE INFORMATION. File pending verification for A.40, and/or possible interview or negative substituted evaluation.

1). What is meant by File pending verification for A.40?

2). What is meant by negative substituted evaluation?


Please clarify these questions for me and it is a kind request that give your suggestions and ideas about my GCMS report.

When I filled the form for work experience I mentioned my client companies and I didn't mention my Parent Company. When I sent the full documents to NewDelhi I sent the experience letter given by my Parent Company. So is that a issue that they have doubt regarding my documents about work experience. Please clarify the doubts that I have. Now I have sent a Case Speicific Enquiry mail to them that I had forgot to mention my Parent Company in the document that I had sent to the visa office. Could you please give an idea what would be the outcome.

It would be really appreciable if you could spend some precious time of u'rs in clarifying my doubts as mentioned above.
