may 30 reply " This is to advise that your file is still being reviewed.

We will contact you once we are in a position to proceed with your application"

Hi,

Everything seems to be Ok, jut that ur file hasn't been "provisionally approved" as yet. That SELDEC code signifies. It's all about the wait queues... I believe u'd come out of it in Jun this yr... That BFD and thereon it'd be moving well.

anybody did medicals from IOM Karachi ,i heared that they send medicals to NDVO rather than LVO is it true ? if yes how much time they take to reach LVO ?

Dear Qorax and Other forum members,

Please clear some of the doubts that I have regarding my GCMS notes which I received it today. The following was mentioned in the Notes section at the last pages of the GCMS notes as it contains total of 38 pages. I will paste the notes and it is given below

PA-PLS REQUEST THE FOLLOWING document immediately: -Australian PCC for spouse PENDING: - REVIEW of Spouse's Australian PCC –PPTs(old&new) * 3 –MEDS * 3 –RPRF * 2 ____________ PA has PROVISIONALLY obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that he/she will be able to become economically established in Canada, on the condition of NO NEW ADVERSE INFORMATION. File pending verification for A.40, and/or possible interview or negative substituted evaluation.

1). What is meant by File pending verification for A.40?

2). What is meant by negative substituted evaluation?


Please clarify these questions for me and it is a kind request to all forum members that give your suggestions and ideas about my GCMS report.

When I filled the form for work experience I mentioned my client companies and I didn't mention my Parent Company. When I sent the full documents to NewDelhi I sent the experience letter given by my Parent Company. So is that a issue that they have doubt regarding my documents about work experience. Please clarify the doubts that I have.

A.40 is issued for imposing 2 year ban, in case of misrepresentation / wrong information found submitted by you.
Substitute negative evaluation seems that file goes again for evaluation and if that comes negative then they may stop processing (but not sure)

I am facing a technical problem in sending my Passport to NDVO. The VO has requested me to send MR, PP and RPRF withinn 45 days from the date of letter issued. I have been living in Denmark since one year in a residence and work permit visa. I have updated my Denmark address to VO and they sent medical instructions and letter in my Denmark address. Now the problem is how to send my passport to NDVO in which my Denmark's visa has been stamped. I have heard DHL service do not carry passport is it true?? is there any provision to send passport in such a situation?? How can i send my passport in a legal way to VO? Please advise me. I am really confused on this matter...

i am a student visa applicant and its been 11 months passed since i did my medicals and i am waitng for background checks
some how i find i link to do your own background checks from FBi no matter from where u are
now my question is that Can i go with FBI to do my background checks while my file is in progress at CHC ISBD
it will take only 4 to 6 weeks to get report from FBI
and then i'll send that reports to CHC
Please suggest me should i do this or not

thank you very much for your kind reply. But CHC doesnt accept hand delivery of documents. How do the CHC send back passport when they are done ?? Can they use courier or other mail services for passport delivery in inter country??
