Hi... I have one question about background check.

I sent my application on sep 12 - 2014 and waiting for PER. My employment is OK, but only very few people in my company know about me. Since most of time, I will be in travel\out of company.

I am thinking to inform front office guy and HR about this background check, once my file is moved to VO. Is this ok? or I need anything now?

What is best way to clear this background check.

Hi RadhaLenin,

I am the confidant who made this post. Due to some technical problems I am not able to access my old account that is the reason why I created this new account for helping out the applicants.

About your concern I would like to suggest few points which can help you to clear the background check even if you are away from organization.

1. Keep inform everyone even the security, sweeper of your company as well as even the chaay vala shops near to your company to provide the correct information if somebody comes for physical check.

2. When you going out of your organization keep your colleagues informed and handover your work materials to them (non confidential) so that at the time when they come to do verification your colleagues can show it as a proof of your job.

3. Keeps a track of the person sitting in the reception. In the sense if a new guy has appointed just knock him again about the verification call or physical.

4. Most of the time they do call to your mobile and your employers mobile or to the reception at the same time. So make sure the answers given to them match as in real.

5. Do all the above only after your file reached the local visa office. If suppose any of employees applied from your company previously to Canada it is safe to inform all just after PER.

Thank you So much confidant.

Business card and contact number of reporting person is not mandatory. Office number and website details are more than enough in the letter head.

Hope your company has good presence in internet. They may compare the address and contact number you given with those in online for verification.

Would there be a problem if I did not declare 1 of my previous job as the company is not giving employment certificate & not cooperating? Anyway I won't be needing any point from this job. LVO has any way to check this? Tnx.

Luqi reading the above info i sincerely believe that you are almost there.your interview is waived so no doubts there, eligibility and selection is cleared .I think the visa officer that is handling your case is perhaps overburdened with too many cases, hence the delay.Inshallah you l hear positive news soon.
