Back home ties for retired parents

I am planning to apply for visitors visa for my parents. My dad recently retired from his job( He works for govt.) and my mom is house wife.

What should I include in the application that proves strong ties to back home

What should I include in the application that proves strong ties to back home

1. Pension + any other retirement benefits that your dad is entitled to

2. Property/land ownership or else a lease in their names

3. Any dependent family members

4. Financial investments
